We only promote developments by reputable developers and where all necessary licences have been obtained. We also promote re-sales providing the vendor provided proof of title and all the necessary statutory consents.
We combine both traditional estate agency techniques such as newspaper advertising together with window displays with the latest technology in terms of computer based data bases and matching facilities, website advertising, etc.
Our offices are open six days a week Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am - 4pm. However we can arrange market appraisals and viewings outside normal office hours if required. |
