Since the launch of the Prestige & Country Homes department at Sapey & Co, enquiry levels and interest in the new brand has been phenomenal.
Due to this high demand and after listening to client feedback we have taken action to fill the gap between our Sales department and our Prestige & Country Homes department by launching a dedicated Prestige Department.
The Prestige department is branded under a new logo of striking blue and silver with bespoke sales particulars, window displays and portal listings. Sapey & Co feel that clients and purchasers will benefit from the move to launch this department.
In addition we have also expanded in to the International market. Out International department deals with a number of carefully selected developments primarily in Spain at present although we do also have contacts with developers in Cyprus. We only promote developments by reputable developers and where all necessary licences have been obtained.
The other strong and successful brands remain un-changed with the vibrant orange of the sales and lettings department and the gold and blue of the country homes department. |
