Country Homes is for those properties that really do stand out. Perhaps a Grade II listed farmhouse with acreage.
Prices for sales start at around £500,000 and £1500pcm for rentals.

Prestige covers a middle market. Individual modern properties, substantial bungalows and period cottages. Prices for sales start from around £275,000 and £1000pcm for rentals.

Sales & lettings cover a higher volume and range of property. It could be a 1 bedroom flat, City terrace or bungalow.

International Property deals with a number of carefully selected developments primarily in Spain at present although we do also have contacts with developers in
Cyprus. We only promote developments by reputable developers and where all necessary licences have been obtained.
