We are pleased to announce that as from 20 March Sapey & Co Ltd have become a member of the Ombudsman scheme for estate agents and letting agents. As a member we are obliged to follow a strict code of conduct thereby ensuring protection to all vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants. In the unlikely event of a unresolved dispute between a member of the scheme and a member of the public the matter can be referred to the ombudsman for determination. |
